Strepsils Cool Lozenges are antiseptic lozenges designed to provide relief from sore throats. They contain menthol, which helps soothe the throat and provides a cooling sensation. The recommended dosage is to dissolve one lozenge slowly in the mouth every 2 to 3 hours, but do not exceed 12 lozenges in 24 hours
